Meet the
REMM Team

Nicole M. Grant M.Ed.,LPC-S
Welcome! I’m Nicole Grant, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a deep passion for helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships. I specialize in marriage and couples therapy, and I’m proud to be a Gottman Level 3 Certified Therapist—trained in one of the most trusted, research-based methods for improving relationships.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech University in 1995, with a minor in Substance Abuse and Chemical Dependency. After several years as a Special Education teacher, I followed my calling to become a counselor and completed my Master’s in Education in Counseling in 1999. I worked as a school counselor in Odessa, Texas, and have made East Texas my home since 2002.
With over 20 years of experience in education and counseling, I bring a compassionate, practical, and personalized approach to every session. Whether you're facing communication struggles, trust issues, or life transitions as a couple, I’m here to help you reconnect, rebuild, and grow together.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your relationship journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I am a licensed and nationally certified counselor specializing in the treatment of trauma in children, teens, and adults. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and currently pursuing full certification in this evidence-based trauma therapy. In addition, I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, offering comprehensive assessment services across the lifespan, as well as coaching and support for parents raising children with ADHD.
My clinical approach is rooted in the belief that every person is a unique and unrepeatable gift. It is both an honor and a joy to walk alongside my clients as they heal, grow, and move toward thriving in their relationships—with family, friends, and loved ones. My goal is to help each individual live more authentically, embracing their identity as a gift to others and growing in their capacity to receive others in the same light.
Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma, seeking clarity and support around ADHD, or simply looking for a space to be seen and supported, I’m here to help.
